Start an AIntake Job

- Navigate to the Intake, Upload & Cases menu.

Select AIntake and follow the on-screen instructions to begin the process.

From within a Case
- Click the Documents drop down
- Select AIntake and select the PDF from your computer.

Jet Intake

❓ When do I use Jet Intake?

Jet Intake enables rapid case creation from a single spreadsheet. It allows you to copy court data and upload documents directly from a centralized dashboard. This is especially useful when onboarding a large volume of cases from a new attorney or firm.
Start a Jet Intake:

- Navigate to the Intake, Upload & Cases menu.
- Select Jet Intake and follow the prompts to initiate the process.

Uploads to existing Cases
If you have a single document, or just a couple documents you want to add to an existing case you can use the Doc Browser upload tool, or use the mail upload tool to add scanned mail to a Case.
