Add & Remove Categories to Your Case Doc Browser
Event Folders in the Doc Browser have been updated and replaced with Event Catetories. The default Categories for the Case Type will display by default. You can now add any addititional Categories to this list.
For example, if your firm has a Pleadings Category for Illinois Work Comp cases, you can now add this to the Doc Browser and easily see all documents assigned to this Category

Default Event Categories will display by default and cannot be removed.
Adding Event Categories to the menu
You can now include additional Event Categories to each case.
1) click Add/Remove Categories at the bottom of the menu;
2) Click the Category you want to display and then click OK to see the selected Categories in the menu.
Moving Documents into an Event Category (updated)
Single Document
Now when you drag document to an Event Category you will be prompted to select an Event Type. After selecting the Event Type and clicking Ok the document will be reassigned to the seleted Category and Type.
Multiple Documents
When you drag more than one document to an Event Category you will be prompted to select an Event Type. After selecting the Event Type each document will be added to a separate Event on the Timeline.
Removing an Event Categories from the menu
1) click Add/Remove Categories at the bottom of the menu;
2) Click the remove option on the Category you want to remove, then click OK.
