Casefriend’s Caseload screen gives you a real-time overview of all your assigned cases. It helps you:

📁 Case List
❓When to Use:
Use the Case List to view all Cases assigned to you as a primary or secondary attorney.
What It Does:
Displays your Cases in order of most recent activity, so you can quickly return to active matters. Cases are assigned by your firm administrator or manager.
⏱️ Communication Timers
❓When to Use:
Use Communication Timers to stay on schedule with client updates and Plan of Action reviews.
What It Does:
Timers count down to your next required communication. Your firm administrator sets the timing rules for each client.
🎯 Milestones
❓When to Use:
Use Milestones to track critical actions and deadlines in each case.
What It Does:
Casefriend includes 5 default Milestones (customizable by your firm):
- 📧 Email – Contact client within 2 days
- 📝 Report – Initial report to claims within 7 days
- 🎙️ Depo – Deposition within 60 days
- 🏥 MPN – Start 17-day clock within 14 days
- 📋 Panel – Panel set 17 days after MPN

What It Does:
Icons appear next to Cases with new activity:
