❓When to Use:
Use Automated Intake when you receive a large, multi-document PDF file referral and need to extract and assign individual documents to Events within a Case.
What It Does:
Automated Intake extracts pages and documents from a single PDF and helps you assign them to the correct Case and Events. It’s ideal for organizing complex referrals quickly.
How to Use:
- Go to the Intake, Upload & Cases menu.
- Click automated intake.
- Enter the Casefriend ID or case name, or create a new Case.
- Follow the prompts to begin the intake process.

✈️ Jet Intake
❓When to use:
Use Jet Intake when you need to add one to many cases when the document
What It Does:
Jet Intake allows you to create cases in bulk and copy court data and upload documents directly from a centralized dashboard. This is especially useful when onboarding a large volume of cases from a new attorney or firm.

Use this tool to upload scanned documents received via mail, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services and assign them to the correct Cases.
What It Does:
The Incoming Mail Tool lets you batch upload and route multiple scanned documents to different Cases efficiently.
How to Use:
- Go to the Intake, Upload & Cases menu.
- Click add incoming mail.
- Select the documents and follow the prompts to assign them.

When to Use:
Use this tool to manually upload one or more documents to a new or existing Case.
What It Does:
This tool opens the Doc Browser for the selected Case, allowing you to upload files directly from your computer.
How to Use:

- Click add documents to a case.
- Enter the Casefriend ID or case name or create a new Case.
- Select documents from your computer and follow the prompts.
