❓When to Use:
Your Case Timeline is made up of Events. Use Events to track allactivity in a case: medical appointments, hearings, depositions, correspondence, and more.
What It Does:
Each Event represents a moment in the case’s history. Events are shown in reverse chronological order and can include documents, emails, tasks, and time entries.
🪮 Event Category Filters
❓When to Use:
Use filters to quickly view all Events of a specific type, such as Medical, Hearing, Deposition, Subpoena, Liens or Correspondence.
What It Does:
Clicking a category filter instantly narrows the Timeline to relevant Events, helping you find what you need faster.

Use column sorting to organize your Timeline by date, category, or other attributes.
What It Does:
Columns include:
- Date – Event date
- Event Title – Custom title
- Category & Type – Chosen during Event creation
- Short Note – Quick summary
- Milestone – Indicates key case milestones

What It Does:
Clicking an Event opens its details. Right-clicking reveals quick actions like editing, uploading, or linking documents.

Use this menu to create new Events or attach documents and emails.
What It Does:
Quickly add new Events, upload files, or link emails directly from the dropdown.

Use this menu to create new documents or access the Doc Browser.
What It Does:
Start a Word doc (with Microsoft 365), launch Automated Intake, or open the Case Doc Browser.
