Personal Calendar

The Personal Calendar provides the same functionality as the Firm Calendar but displays only the Events for the viewing user. 

Casefriend provides convenient access to all Events assigned to you that require an appearance:

• Hearings
• Depos
• Medicals

Access the Personal Calendar

The Personal calendar is accessible from the Casefriend header by clicking the Firm Calendar icon

Default View: Table of Events

By Default the Personal Calendar displays all of your upcoming and future Events in a table.

1. Use the Calendar filters to narrow the list of Events
2. Click to view the Personal Calendar in the Optional View: Calendar of Events
3. Click an Appearing Attorney name to change the appearing attorney

Optional View: Calendar of Events

The Optional view display all upcoming and future Events in a familiar calendar presentation.

Substitute the Appearing Attorney

When an attorney needs to appear for another attorney, you can easily re-assign the Hearing, Depo or Medical from the Firm Calendar.

1. Click the name of the Appearing Attorney
2. Select the replacement attorney from the list 

Export

You can Export the current Firm Calendar view by clicking the Export button and selecting Excel or a connect Office 365 account.

Export to Excel if you want to share upcoming appearances with your Client.
