Enhanced Document Previews & Document Summaries

The Doc Browser, e-mail attachment window and Timeline preview have been updated

The Doc Browser

The Doc Browser has been updated to a more modern look and feel and to display Caisey created Document Summaries and user created Document Summaries.

1. Designation labels have been moved to below the document title and icons
2. The summary field has been added
3. Date fields have been moved to the right and organized for a better fit and cleaner look
4. The Event Categories rail has a visual update

Preview Documents from the Timeline

With this release you will be able to preview the documents added to an Event by clicking the new document icon. The icon will display the number of documents 1-9. When there are 10 or more documents on an Event you will see a (+) sign. 

• Click on the icon to see the documents associated with the Event.
• select a document to download
• click the preview icon to preview the document (no download)

Select Documents to add to an e-mail

When adding documents to an email

• select the document and click attach
• click the preview icon to preview the document (no download)
