Navigate to:
E-Mail Insights → Inbox
📥 Understanding e-mail Insights
By default, e-mail Insights will load your Inbox. You can use the Quick View buttons to focus your work.
Insights - Cleared by Caisey’s Confidentiality Filter as highly case relevant.
Unlinked - Not linked to a case.
Linked - Already linked to cases.
Internal / Confidential - Not cleared by Caisey’s Confidentiality Filter.
From Casefriend - Generated by Casefriend.
Viewing your e-mail
- Sender and Subject
- Caisey Summary (if applicable)
- Date and time received
- Case status (linked or unlinked)

🔗 Linking e-mails to a Case using Case Match
- Review the suggested Case Match
- Click Accept Match
Once accepted, the e-mail becomes part of the case record.
