The Invoice Manager is your centralized hub for managing invoices and tracking firm revenue. It’s designed to streamline billing and collections by consolidating critical actions in one place. From the Invoice Manager, you can:
- Enter Payments
- Apply Adjustments or Write-offs
- Download Single or Batched Invoices
- Run Collections & Performance Reports
- Track Firm Revenue Across Time Periods
✅ The Invoice Manager is available in the Billing Menu and defaults to Invoice View (grouped by Case). Switch to Client View anytime to review invoices grouped by Client.

❓When to Use:
When you receive a payment on an invoice.
What It Does:
Allows you to apply payments directly to invoices. Enter Check #, Check Date, Amount, and Payment Date, then click Accept.
- Overpayments: Choose whether to maintain a negative balance or set Amount Due to $0.00.
- Multiple Payments: Add up to 20 payments per invoice using the green plus button.

When a client negotiates to pay less than the invoiced amount.
What It Does:
Lets you apply adjustments or write-offs to invoices. Right-click the invoice and select Add Adjustment or Write-off.
