- Set your own password at initial login using the link sent to your email.
- Never share your Casefriend password—it’s unsafe and violates your firm’s Casefriend Agreement.

🛠 How to Change Your Password
You can update your password in two ways:
🔑 Option 1: From the Login Page
- On the login screen, click Change Password (below the Sign In button).
- Enter your Casefriend email address.
- Check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email from Casefriend.
- Click the link in the email to set your new password and log in.
⚙️ Option 2: From the My Settings Screen
- Click your profile image and select My Settings.
- On the My Settings page, click Change Password.
- Enter your new password and click Change Password.
💡 Pro Tip
If you use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, right-click in the password field and select Suggest Strong Password for an auto-generated secure password.
