Single Sign‑On (SSO) Login
Overview
Casefriend supports both traditional passwords and Single Sign‑On (SSO) using Microsoft 365 or Google.
SSO allows your firm to rely on your existing identity provider to control access. Disabling a user in Microsoft 365 or Google immediately prevents access to Casefriend.
- Fewer passwords to manage
- Centralized access control
- Immediate off‑boarding tied to firm e‑mail
How It Works
- Authentication is handled by Microsoft 365 or Google
- Firm security policies, including MFA, are enforced upstream
- Access is tied directly to the user’s firm e‑mail account
Steps
-
Navigate to Casefriend
- Go to app.casefriend.com
-
Select SSO Provider
- Choose Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google
-

💡 PRACTICE TIP Ensure your firm enforces multi‑factor authentication (MFA) through Microsoft 365 or Google. Casefriend automatically inherits these protections when using SSO. |

⚠️ IMPORTANT Before using SSO, the following must be satisfied:
|
Caisey
Caisey operates within your authenticated Casefriend session and follows the same access and permission controls enforced through SSO.
When SSO is used, Caisey inherits your firm’s authentication model, ensuring visibility, governance, and alignment with firm security policies.
